Lupita, as a Certified Oola Life & Wellness Strategist Coach, will not only provide guidance throughout the retreat with proven strategies to reconnect to your dreams & vision but also incorporates other tools which have helped her rediscover her own identity & powerful purpose.

Her knowledge and deep inner work has led her to embrace compassionate understanding of the importance in the thought life, beliefs, emotions and even dreaming self. Interactive Learning sessions vary from group sessions of exploration to relaxing by the pool to outdoor sound baths to Raindrop aromatherapy to sunrise beach moments and even getting some much needed sleep. 

Each session will vary and may combine breath work, therapeutic essential oils, strategic sequencing, along with intention and mindfulness.
