We’ll be staying at Paradise Villas in Nosara, a private tropical retreat surrounded by lush greenery and just an 8-minute walk from the beach.
The property gives us plenty of space to gather together while still giving each guest the privacy and spaciousness to retreat to her own room.

Meet Lupita Alvarez, your host for More of Me.
Lupita Alvarez is the founder of Ignite the Fire Inside Wellness and a holistic business coach, retreat leader, and sound practitioner who helps women entrepreneurs grow successful businesses without sacrificing themselves in the process.
Her work is rooted in the belief that ambition and well-being were never meant to compete. Through coaching, restorative practices, and experiences like More of Me, Lupita creates space for women to step outside the constant doing long enough to hear themselves again.
After bringing the first More of Me retreat to life in Oaxaca in 2026, Lupita knew this experience needed to continue.
Costa Rica is the next chapter.
She’ll be there to guide the intentional moments of the retreat and to experience the week alongside you through the adventure, conversations, laughter, and everything in between.

You don’t need to be burned out or have something to fix. You just have to be ready for more of you.

Yes, but not in the traditional sense. There will be space for reflection, meaningful conversation, and clarity around what’s next, but this is not a retreat filled with workshops and business strategy. It’s an opportunity to step away from the business and make room for the woman behind it.

Expect a thoughtfully curated balance of rest, adventure, Costa Rican culture, meaningful connection, and space to choose what you need, all with the details handled so you can be fully present in the experience.

The retreat includes outdoor experiences and environments that may involve uneven or wet terrain, hills, stairs, tropical weather, and our ATV adventure. Guests should be comfortable navigating the retreat and included experiences independently.

No. Choice is an important part of More of Me. You’re welcome to sit out an activity and choose rest when that’s what you need.

More of Me welcomes women with different needs and abilities. Because this is a small-group retreat rather than an assisted travel experience, guests should be able to navigate the retreat independently. If you need ongoing individual assistance to participate safely and comfortably, you’re welcome to attend with your own companion, who will also need to register and reserve a paid retreat spot.
