Meet Lupita Alvarez, your host for More of Me
Lupita Alvarez is the founder of Ignite the Fire Inside Wellness and a holistic business strategist, retreat leader, and sound practitioner who helps women entrepreneurs grow successful businesses without sacrificing themselves in the process.
Her work is rooted in a belief that ambition and well-being were never meant to compete. Through coaching, speaking, restorative practices, and experiences like More of Me, Lupita creates space for women to step outside the constant doing long enough to hear themselves again.
After bringing the first More of Me retreat to life in Oaxaca in 2026, Lupita knew this experience needed to continue.
Costa Rica is the next chapter.
She’ll be there not only to guide the intentional moments of the retreat, but to experience the week alongside you: around the table, on the adventure, during the laughter, and in the conversations you never could have planned.

Yes, but not in the traditional sense. While there will be space for reflection, gentle coaching-style prompts, and clarity around what’s next, this retreat is centered on reconnection, creativity, cultural immersion, and rest.

You’ll begin by filling out the retreat application form. From there, if it feels like a strong fit, you’ll be invited to a short connection call with Lupita before securing your spot.

After you apply, you’ll receive next steps. If the retreat feels aligned, you’ll be invited to a connection call and then offered the chance to reserve your spot with your deposit.

This retreat is intentionally intimate and limited to 7 women.

No. A $500 deposit is required to reserve your spot, and it is non-refundable.

Yes. Payment plans are available, and the remaining balance must be paid by May 31, 2027.

Your retreat package includes 6 nights in your private room at our Nosara villa, all retreat meals, round-trip airport transportation, a 60-minute arrival massage, curated Costa Rican experiences, our full-day signature adventure, transportation and entry fees for included activities, and a post-retreat 90-minute Momentum Process™ session with Lupita.

Roundtrip airfare, travel insurance, optional Day 4 à la carte experiences, and any accommodations before or after the retreat dates are not included.

We’ll be staying at Paradise Villas in Nosara, a private tropical retreat surrounded by lush greenery and just an 8-minute walk from the beach. Each guest will have her own private room + bathroom, with shared spaces including the pool and beautiful indoor-outdoor areas to gather, relax, and enjoy the week together.

Yes. The retreat includes intentional spaciousness, especially on Day 4, which is designed as a creative freedom day. You’ll have time to rest, journal, explore, or choose an optional add-on experience.

Two Options:
Liberia International Airport (LIR) then shuttle can pick you up and take you 2.5 hours to the Villas.
Another option is arrive to Nosara airport about 20mins from Villas.
Round-trip airport transportation is included in your retreat experience.
